Summoning Spells

Skeletal MasteryRaise SkeletonGolem MasteryClay GolemRaise Skeletal MageBlood GolemMind ControlIron GolemFire GolemReviveThis is probably the Necromancer´s most popular skill tree, with a large following among many of the Diablo II players who have chosen the Necromancer as their favorite character.  It also represents some of the strangest skills the Necromancer has in his retinue.

All of the Summoning spells are active spells, and some of them may require components to cast known as reagents.  The Summoning spells are very indirect, and most them summon creatures to aid the Necromancer in defense and to attack his foes.  The row on the left are the Necromancer´s masteries, each one increasing the strength of his summoned creatures.  The middle row are the Necromancer´s Golem spells, of which their are for of in comparison to the original Diablo´s one.  The right row are summoning skills that affect monsters the Necromancer has already dispatched or brining monsters directly into play.

Skeletal Mastery (Req: Clvl 1)
Skeletal Mastery improves the skeletons raised by the Necromancer´s magic.  This skill adds life, damage, and armor to your skeletons in a amount dependent upon the number of skill points placed in it.

Raise Skeleton (Req: Clvl 1)
Raise Skeleton reanimates the corpse of a fallen enemy and turns it into a skeleton under the Necromancer´s control.  Each skill point placed in the skill will allow you to raise more skeletons.

Clay Golem (Req: Clvl 5, Skeletal Mastery)
The Clay Golem is the weakest and most basic of the Necromancer´s Golems.  Its power will be based on the number of skill points you place into the skill used to summon it.  Golems can attack hostile players.

Golem Mastery (Req: Clvl 10, Skeletal Mastery)
Much like Skeletal Mastery, Golem Mastery extends this benefit to the Necromancer´s Golems.  This will make sure that Golems are more valuable and can participate in fights longer and better.

Raise Skeletal Mage (Req: Clvl 10, Raise Skeleton)
This spell allows the Necromancer to raise a Skeletal Mage from a corpse.  Skeletal Mages have poison, cold, lightning, and fire based spells at their command.  In other respects it functions like the Raise Skeleton spell.

Blood Golem (Req: Clvl 15, Clay Golem, Skeletal Mastery)
The Blood Golem spells summon a Golem made of blood.  The Necromancer must sacrifice a small portion of his life force to create the Blood Golem, but with every hit the Blood Golem returns life to its creator.

Mind Control (Req: Clvl 20, Skeletal Mastery, Golem Mastery)
A hotly debated spell, Mind Control allows the Necromancer to take over a creature´s mind, coercing that creature to his cause.  It is unknown if the Mind Control is permanent of temporary, or how many creatures a Necromancer can Mind Control at once.  It is safe to assume it won´t work on more powerful creatures, though.

Iron Golem (Req; Clvl 20, Clay Golem, Blood Golem, Skeletal Mastery)
The Iron Golem requires a reagent to be successfully cast, in particular a metal item like a sword or suit of armor.  Once this item is sacrificed the Golem comes into being, sometimes with some of the properties of the item you sacrificed.

Fire Golem (Req: Clvl 25, Clay Golem, Blood Golem, Fire Golem, Skeletal Mastery)
The Fire golem is the most powerful of the Necromancer´s Golem, but details on it are mostly unknown.  It is assumed to require a reagent, but what it requires is also unknown.  It will have abilities to denote is requirements, be assured.

Revive (Req: Clvl 25, Summon Skeleton, Summon Skeletal Mage, Skeletal Mastery, Clay Golem, Blood Golem, Iron Golem)
This powerful spell is mostly unknown as well, although we assume it will allow the Necromancer to revive fallen foes under his command.  This skill would be insanely useful, as any enemy trod underfoot could return as a minion.
